Nice lid , and not too tough on the wallet.

That's the same one I've got, but mine is white. I love it!!

It's definitely not a Shoei, but it works well enough for my purposes :D . The only complaint that I've had with it, is that its "fog free" screen fogs up when it's cold outside. The way I look at it, though, is that any helmet will fog up on a cold winter's day. To get around it, I barely pop the lid, and let a little more ventilation through :) .

Hey, you can even take out the interior and give it a good cleaning in the washing machine.

Enjoy,

Fog free vision , in even the toughest conditions, has been a reality for at least 5 years........ first with the Fog City , now improved with the Pinlock.

Both these systems work well, but the Pinlock is light years ahead.

The new CL-16 comes standard with a Pinlock-ready shield and a Pinlock insert , @ about $129.00

You can retrofit a CL-15 to the Pinlock system , but it will cost you about 50 bucks to buy the Pinlock ready visor and the Pinlock insert.

Either way , say goodbye to fog !

Wish I knew that, but It's good to know. If my visor goes before my helmet wears out, it's something to consider, thanks Bustin.

Bustin,

Thank you. That's really good to know. I'm actually beginning to be in need of a new visor anyway - I have three small children and me not being the brightest sometimes have mistakenly provided opportunities for them to scratch it. Well, its getting close to the point that the scratches will affect visibility. I'll definitely get the pinlock system.
