two questions

I just got this new Veolicty 150 cc and i can't figure how to get it to idle without holding throttle and brake? Can anyone help me. And does anyone know where i can get it serviced in las vegas NV area TY For your help in advance please only serious relpys TY :-?

so, here goes: i looked in the owners manual and found this solution to the prolbem:

Could be as simple as an idle screw adjustment. Always a good idea to establish a "troubleshooting baseline" by starting with a valve adjustment (and compression check).
