It looks like a Chinese copy of the famed Mustang made back in the late 40's. They were made in California and they used a two stroke Villers engine made in Britian. There is a large number of them running around today and there popularity has increased over the years. I just did a search on the Mustang and read where a modified one ran 90 miles per hour in the 1/4 mile back in the early 60's.

Yep, looks like bike from California Scooter Company. You could probably get a nicely restored Mustang for about the price of one of these new.

The seat doesn't look sturdy with its spring support.
